ADMIN ASSOCIATE (SHAH ALAM)

- Monitor pantry and office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Check weekly stock balance of pantry and office supplies.
- Monitor cleaners' daily job tasks to ensure office is clean and tidy.
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
- Perform buying duties when necessary.
- Monitor Front Desk Officers' daily duties.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
- Involve in The Bountiful Eye Foundation (TBEF) CSR Project.
- Daily monitoring pantry refreshments and prepare weekly usage summary.
- Making arrangements for department monthly luncheon.
- Monitoring courier invoices. Making sure payment is up-to-date and no past dues.
- Survey airfare & accommodation.
- Companies corporate line with telco.
- Apply corporate / membership (eg. APAC, Hotel, Airline).
- Companies claims submission for online purchase/subscription items. (eg. IT, Marketing/GD, Admin, General)
- Take up other duties as assigned.
- Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Certification, Diploma, Business Admin or any related field.
- Industrial Background Preferred: Min 1-2 years’ experience in related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
