  • Develop, drive and manage full cycle of talent acquisition activities encompassing quality sourcing, interview, referral checks and on-boarding.
  • Ensure end-to-end recruitment cycle is completed within the predetermined timeline, cost and budget.
  • Support, drive and implement talent pipeline strategies through various sourcing and talent initiatives and programmes such as career fairs, career talk, campus and industries engagements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers on recruiting requirements and ensure skills required are aligned with Company’s
  • Strategic Workforce Planning.
  • Expand the Company’s online presence on different professional employment sites, develop creative ways to draw talents and identify new recruitment opportunities through social media.
  • Continuously develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, build applicants database by networking with academic institutions, business and professional networking platforms and other channels.
  • Prepare and analyse recruitment analytics and make necessary recommendations.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
