JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in various areas within the HR function including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits.
  • Assist to implement a company-wide process of organizational development encompassing areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management and development.
  • Maintain and execute HR policies, implement standard operating procedures and processes.
  • Assist in administrative functions to ensure effective delivery of full range of administrative support including correspondences, claims verification, employee records management and more.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in related field.
  • Experience in expatriate/foreign workers management and payroll matters will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law, statutory requirements and prevailing HR policies.
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
